cordless drill, car partsI am the Ms. fixit in our house and my cordless drill is my most important tool. I love to fix anything I can by myself. It certainly is much less expensive than hiring someone to do it for me. If there is something I cannot do, I watch the person I have hired so that the next time I will be able to do the repair on my own. I have learned so much over the years.
My husband, on the other hand, loves to work on old cars. He has recently bought an old car and spends most of his free time in the garage working on it. He buys almost all of his car parts and aftermarket parts online. He says he finds it more convenient and certainly less expensive. The car is a convertible and he has managed to fix the car so well that on nice days we take it out for a spin. I have bought him an automatic jack online for Valentine's Day. You never can tell when it will come in handy on those old tires.
